Ingleside Vineyards to Host Its 4th Annual Summer Music Series
2019 series will kick off on Memorial Day Weekend. Events will feature live music, food trucks and new wine releases.
Oak Grove, VA May 15, 2019 – Ingleside Vineyards, one of Virginia’s oldest wineries, will kick off its 2019 Summer Music Series on Memorial Day Weekend. The series will feature a broad range of musical styles, including rock, country, blues, folk and oldies. In addition to live music, the series will include food trucks and periodic releases of new wines.
The 2019 series will begin with an Acoustic Sunday on May 26, with music by Justin Luke McCurry. Justin Luke McCurry is a 23 year old “country rooted” singer, musician and aspiring songwriter from Smithfield, Virginia. Justin Luke presently performs throughout Virginia and North Carolina as a solo acoustic act singing a mix of country (old and current), rock, pop and originals. He is currently writing original songs for his debut EP to be recorded in early 2020. Brick oven pizza will be available for sale by Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant from Fredericksburg, VA.
The music series will primarily consist of Acoustic Sundays, which feature free admission (normal tasting fees apply; wine and food will be available for sale). There will be one ticketed evening event, Rock n Roll Oldies, which will take place on Father’s Day weekend with music by The Soul Proprietors from Richmond, VA. Members of the winery’s Estate Club will receive complimentary tastings at the Acoustic Sunday events, as well as discounted tickets to Rock n Roll Oldies.
Participating food vendors will include (in alphabetical order): Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant (Fredericksburg, VA); The Inn at Montross (Montross, VA); Pimenta (Fredericksburg, VA); The UFO Truck (Fredericksburg, VA); and Will’s Place (Fredericksburg, VA).

All events will take place in Ingleside’s European-style outdoor courtyard. (In case of inclement weather, Ingleside’s indoor pavilion may be used.)
